Rates
Actual pricing will be determined by breed, size, coat condition and behavior during the professional grooming evaluation.

Matting and flea issues will result in additional fees.
Aggressive dogs: If we are unable to groom your pet due to safety concerns for our groomers, a $40 charge will be charged for time and travel.
Travel charges: Travel charges are included in the price of the grooming for customers within a 15 miles radius of Lincoln Park. If additional charges will be incurred based on your location, this will be discussed prior to our visit.

Policies
Appointment times: We will give you a one hour window time for our arrival.
CANCELLATIONS:
A 48-hour cancellation notice is requested. Failure to do so will result in a $25 cancellation fee per pet to be applied to the next visit. We understand emergencies do occur and they will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Should there be more than two instances of last-minute cancellations, we will require a credit card on file to provide future services.
NO SHOW-TRIP FEE:
If the appointment has been confirmed but we can not access your pet at the time of arrival, we will wait 15 minutes before considering this a no-show. If your appointment is considered a no-show, a fee of $50 will be charged to your account which must be paid upon receipt and prior to future services.
Safety and Maintenance
We require all pets in our care for the first time to show proof of rabies and distemper vaccinations.
Please ensure your pet has gone to the bathroom prior to getting groomed.
All dogs entering our mobile facility should be secured on a leash.
You will be contacted prior to grooming if total shaving is necessary.
